Apple has revealed an updated iPad and a new iPad Mini

  • Apple has unveiled new iPad and iPad Mini models, both of which are now available for purchase.
  • The iPad costs $329 and features improved performance as well as Apple’s latest video-chat capabilities.
  • The new iPad Mini boasts a better camera system and a fresh design. The price starts at $499.

During Apple’s September 14 keynote event, the company introduced updated versions of two of its most popular iPads.

Apple unveiled an improved version of its low-cost iPad and a revamped iPad Mini during its annual iPhone event, with prices of $329 and $499, respectively.

The new iPad is powered by Apple’s A13 Bionic CPU, which Apple claims makes it 20% faster than the previous model. The new iPad sports a new 12 megapixel front camera with a 122-degree field of vision, as well as an enhanced signal processor for increased rear camera performance.

The iPad will utilize Apple’s Center Stage technology, which follows the user as they move about in video conferences, just as the iPad Pro.

The new iPad is available in silver and space gray and starts at $329 for the 64 GB model. It is currently available for purchase.

The new iPad Mini features thinner bezels around the display and rounder corners, making it a smaller yet more expensive iPad. Apple has moved the home button to the top of the handset, but it still houses Touch ID, Apple’s fingerprint scanning technology.

The iPad Mini will include a better front and back camera, as well as the ability to record 4K video and run Apple’s Center Stage software. Apple’s second-generation Apple Pencil is also supported by the gadget.

Price of iPad and iPad Mini

The new iPad is available in silver and space gray and starts at $329 for the 64GB model. This is an upgrade over the basic specification of last year’s 10.2-inch iPad, which had 32GB of storage.

The iPad Mini is available in purple, pink, gold, and space gray and costs $499. It, too, starts with 64GB of storage.

When will the iPad and iPad Mini be released?

The new iPad and iPad Mini are currently available for purchase. On September 24, both models were released in stores and online.
