Infringement Notification

To file a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement with KEWIKI, please provide a written communication that includes:

1. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
2. A statement confirming your ownership of the copyrighted material.
3. Detailed identification of the infringing content.
4. Location of the infringing material on the MUO.com website.
5. A statement affirming that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the notification under penalty of perjury.
7. Your signature.

Counter Notification

Providers of allegedly infringing content can submit a counter notification by providing:

1. Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
2. Your contact information.
3. Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.
4. Acceptance of service of process.
5. A statement confirming the good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
6. Your signature.

Send the counter notification to our designated Copyright Agent.

Response to Counter Notification

Upon receiving a counter notification, we will provide a copy to the original notifier and replace the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless we receive notice of legal action.

Repeat Infringers

KEWIKI will disable or terminate the accounts of contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright, as per DMCA guidelines.
